Paparazzi Todd Wallace Suicides

44 year old paparazzi photographer Todd Wallace committed suicide in LA on Sunday February 5 2006.

In September last year, after an incident involving celebrity Reese Witherspoon at Disney's California Adventure in Anaheim,.Wallace was charged with child endangerment, interfering with a person's liberty and multiple counts of child battery

Police claim Wallace's over-zealous efforts to get pictures of Witherspoon and her party left some children in the group in tears, while one five-year-old was among those involved in the fracas.

Wallace failed to show up in Orange County Superior Court to face charges.on October 12, 2005. According to state corrections record, he previously served more than four years in prison after a 1993 conviction of second-degree burglary and receiving goods by fraud.

Failure to appear in court and his previous criminal record guaranteed Wallace would have faced more jail time

Sienna And Hayden Make It Work

Fuelled by their antics on set while filming Factory Girl in Louisiana, Sienna Miller and Hayden Christensen have set tongues wagging about what appears to be far more than a simple working relationship.

A bawdy wrap party for the film last week saw the pair indulging in some rampant PDA, with Hayden snuggling Sienna’s neck and bosom while she embraced him. According to a source the pair canoodled throughout the night, dancing and partying with gusto.

The unexpected coupling comes in the midst of UK press frenzy over Sienna’s final split from Jude Law, apparently due to his growing impatience over her resentment for last year’s infidelities.

Miller also reportedly exploded with a vengeance when Jude announced that he was planning to move in with ex-wife, Sadie Frost, while filming new movie Holiday in California. 

Factory Girl sees Sienna play Edie Sedgwick, an artist and  muse  of pop art patriarch Andy Warhol in the ‘60s. Christensen played the role of  Danny Quinn, another Factory co-hort.

Warhol and his flunkies lived and worked in an artist studio  known as The Factory in New York from 65-69.. A Shreveport warehouse was chosen to replicate it for the film.The film is set for an 07 release

Tom Cruise – Biker Or Dad?

Could Tom Cruise taking his motorcycle obsession a little too seriously?

Despite his partner Katie Holmes heavily pregnant state, and the additional danger of chilly Los Angeles temperatures, and slippery roads due to rain, Tom insisted on attending an LA event on Friday January 14 via  a 25 mile motorcycle  ride from his Beverly Hills home.

Eternally youthful Cruise ventured out in frosty temperatures with partner Katie on his six cylinder 2000cc Honda Valkyrie motorcycle. Weighing over 800 pounds, the six cylinder machine is over 15 inches longer than standard machines and decidedly more challenging to ride.

All risk taking aside, Tom and Katie made it safely to an industry event held at the Buffalo steakhouse in Santa Monica. The event was attended by a plethora of stars, including Christina Aguilera, Eva Mendez and Jessica and Ashley Simspon.

According to witnesses, Katie’s five month pregnant belly made it difficult for her to wrap her arms around Tom’s waist., undoubtedly presenting arguments over the compatibility of heavily pregnant women and motorcycling.

Staying till just over 1am, Tom and mom to be Katie slipped on their leathers and  took surface streets during their 25 mile trek back to Tom’s Beverly Hills mansion. 

Costing $30,000, the red Honda Valkyrie is the same motorcycle Tom and Katie took to the War Of The Worlds red carpet premier in Hollywood in June 2005.

A keen enthusiast, Cruise owns several motorcycles, including two Ducati’s , three Harley Davidsons and a custom made Italian MV Augusta 750cc road racer.

Brangelina – A Wedding ?  

Could Hollywood’s sexiest couple, be finally celebrating their union? According to sources, a formal engagement or wedding ritual is imminent, with both Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie spotted visiting jewelry stores in LA on Wednesday December 14

In keeping with the ceremony rumors, black clad Brad Pitt, in full biker regalia including  black leathers, boots and full face helmet left his Malibu property on Wednesday afternoon, riding  his 750 Ducati motorcycle to pay a visit to Cartier jewelers in Beverly Hills. The store stocks a range of limited edition rings, some selling for in excess of $1 million. From there he headed to Ritz cameras to complete some xmas shopping.

Clever Brad, who has expressed his disdain for paparazzi often has tried to foil snappers several times since returning from Canada three weeks ago where he was shooting The Legend Of Jesse James. On three occasions when heading out on his motorbike over recent weeks, Brad has sent out a decoy biker dressed in the same garb and motorcycle, making it difficult for photographers to pick him and follow.

Later that evening, at approximately 8pm after taking flying lessons in Santa Monica, Angelina visited antique jewelry store Antiquarius in West Hollywood, emerging with a large bag. Ange headed for her lesson after the dutiful mum delivered 4 year old tot Maddox to his Beverly Hills pre school that morning.

While Angelina shopped, Brad dined at Hollywood eatery, Providence with longtime friend actress Katherine Kenner.Sources say the picturebook Pitt- Jolie family were reunited at their beachside Malibu home late on Wednesday evening.

Britney Fires Entire Security Staff

In a strange twist to the tumultuous relationship that is Mr and Mrs Federline, Britney Spears fired her security team on December 3, hiring a new six man team of military trained guards by Monday December 5.

Kevin and Britney settled back into a regular routine at their Malibu home with 3 month old son Sean Preston, on Saturday Dec 3. Yet beyond the veneer of normality, Britney had a hidden strategy for curtailing Kevin’s wayward behavior.

Insiders say there were two key reasons for the move, including Britney’s concerns over both drug dealing on her property and over rumored photographs of Kevin taken with another woman in Vegas several months ago.

Despite her closeness to most of the former guards and the fact many with Spears for over two years, Britney felt hiring new security staff is an effective measure in maintaining control over both her property and Kevin.

According to sources, Kevin had befriended several of the guards over the last 14 months, he enjoyed a relaxed friendship with several of the former guards, regularly playing basketball and smoking joints with them on the Malibu property.

Newly split Newlyweds Quick To Adjust

Nick Lacey and Jessica Simpson are quickly rebounding from their recently announced divorce, with both resuming the single life without too much fuss.

Thanksgiving weekend saw Jessica spend time with her father and sister in Texas, celebrating the holiday in the privacy of her father’s home. Jess and family left the home only once during the weekend to see the movie Walk The Line with her father Joe and sister Ashley.

Meanwhile Nick was spotted lunching with pals in West Hollywood on Wednesday afternoon at upscale eatery Il Sole, where he was seen ogling at and commenting on various single girls.  Still,  despite his lecherous behavior, sources say he looked glum.

Just last week, on November 22, four days before the split was announced, Lachey partied alone with pals in Miami. He attended the American Music Awards without Simpson,  while the New York Post reported that a porn star was peddling a seamy story about her night with him.

The latest controversy surrounding theire forthcoming divorce is their impending  settlement, which will be  potentially ugly, largely due to the inequity between the former couples earnings. Jessica earned in excess of $40 million in 2004 while Nick earned just a fraction of that.

Paris Hilton’s car crash curse

Paris Hilton has had her third road accident in ten days, while on route to LAX airport with boyfriend Stavros Niarchos.

Rushing to make a flight to Las Vegas with close pal Kimberley Stewart in a private jet, Hilton and Stavros hit a parked vehicle, destroying a wheel on her silver Land Rover and making it undrivable.

Stavros, who was driving at the time recieved a barrage of abuse from Hilton, who told him she would never let him drive her anywhere again.

Paparazzi from LA pic agency X17 following the Hilton vehicle offered to give the pair a ride to LAX airport, and the couple gladly accepted, making their flight.

Six days later on November 9 and Paris was involved in another hit and run outside nightclub Shelter in Hollywood. Leaving the club at around 230am,Paris current beau, Stavros Niarchos drove his $175,000 Bentley into the back of a truck then sped off, narrowly missing a bystander.

Reality starlet Paris Hilton is in the midst of legal problems, with two hit and run accidents in the last two weeks, one of which could lead to a felony charge.

A third police incident saw Paris served with a subpoena at her Hollywood Hills home on November 1 regarding a burglary there last year. At the same time Paris was served another subpoena for leaving the scene of an accident.

Paris left the scene without exchanging information after colliding with a truck on the afternoon of October 31. While driving her silver Range Rover in west Hollywood Paris collided with a truck during a passing maneuver.

The car was pulled over by police a few blocks away from the scene of the accident. All the occupants of the vehicle stood on the pavement, including Hilton, Niarchos, Rod Stewart's daughter Kimberly and Talan Torriero, star of MTV's "Laguna Beach."

After a short time and without any check as to whether anyone was driving under the influence, the police let the party go without charge. Paris thanked the police, blew them a kiss and said, "We love the police."

A video crew captured the whole incident, including a comment made by Talan Torriero, who reportedly said after the accident, "I'm the only sober one, let's just go," offering to drive.

Flame Still Burns for Brit and Kev?

It appears Kevin Federline’s recent patch up efforts to salvage his  marriage have paid off. Newly buff Britney was spotted at Victoria’s Secret in a Thousand Oaks shopping Mall, on Sunday Nov 6  where she spent just under $1000 on sexy lingerie, scents and oils. 

Either  Britney has forgiven Kevin or  she’s hoping to impress his replacement, a certainty, considering her shopping choices. With basic black her preferred color her selection included a $38 Sheer Ruffled Bbaydoll, a $68 corset with attached garters several bras for $40 up, a lace garter belt( $30) and stockings ($15).CS1

Britney also purchased and assorted scents and oils, including ‘Romantic Wish Body Butter, Whipped Body Cream, Foot Scrub and Foot Cream and “Love Spell” Silkening Body Wash.CS1

Britney looked very casual while she shopped with a friend. Dressed down in a dark blue track suit, and flip flops, sources say Brit showed signs of skin problems, with visible acne on her cheeks, possibly attributable to recent stress.
